Ability Assistance Services
Five Keys offers a free and confidential Ability Assist Counseling Services, provided by ComPsych to you and your covered dependents. This resource provides professional counseling and consultations for a number of issues, including personal, financial, and legal.
How to Get Help
For access over the phone, call (800) 964-3577 for assistance, or visit www.guidanceresources.com to create a username and password. If it is your first time creating an account, you will be asked for the following details.
- In the Company/Organization field, use: HLF902
- In the Company Name field at the bottom of personalization page, use: ABILI
- Select: “Ability Assist Program” and create your own confidential username and password.
Counseling
This service offers 3 free face to face counseling visits per incident per year for almost any personal issue, for you and your dependents. The ComPsych staff will work with you to find the most appropriate counselor to meet your needs. Situations may include:
- Marital/Relationship issues
- Parenting/Family issues
- Work concerns
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Substance abuse
- Other issues impacting your quality of life
Legal Support & Resources
A service that helps employees protect their family’s future by creating a customized and legally binding online will. Online support is also available from licensed attorneys, if needed. They can assist with Debt/bankruptcy, guardianship, buying a home, divorce, power of attorney and more.
Financial Support & Resources
Provides unlimited telephonic support for the complicated financial decisions you or your dependents may face. Speak by phone with a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planners on a wide range of financial issues. Topics may include: managing a budget, retirement, getting out of debit, tax questions, saving for college and more.
Health Care Navigation Services
HealthChampion is a service that supports you through all aspects of your health care issues. HealthChampion is staffed by both administrative and clinical experts who understand the nuances of any given health care concern. Situations may include:
- One-on-one review of your health concerns
- Preparation for upcoming doctor’s visits/lab work/tests/surgeries
- Answers regarding diagnosis and treatment options
- Coordination with appropriate health care plan provider(s)
- An easy-to-understand explanation of your benefits–what’s covered and what’s not
- Cost estimation for covered/non-covered treatment
- Guidance on claims and billing issues or Fee/payment plan negotiation
Grief Support For Beneficiaries
Your loved ones don’t have to deal with loss on their own. They’ll have access to an online tool that offers personalized checklists of practical tasks. And they’ll have compassionate people to talk to who are there to listen and offer support.

Travel Assistance & ID Theft
Travel Assist services include pre-trip information to help you feel safe and secure while traveling. It also gives you access to medical professionals across the globe for medical assistance when traveling 100+ miles away from home for 90 days or less when unexpected detours arise.

ID theft protection is also available 24/7 whether home or away. Protection assistance is provided two ways:
- Educational materials to help prevent identity theft
- Access to caseworkers who can help victims resolve problems that result from identity theft
